Job Description:
Aditya Birla Group is hiring an experienced Frontline Engineer – Shift Incharge ECH to join our Manufacturing Operations team at Aditya Birla Group’s chemical plant in Vilayat, Gujarat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the plant, coordinating with plant engineers, and implementing standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Section Heads in daily plant activities, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and plant performance
Evaluate and finalize process equipment, commissioning, and startup
Prepare and implement SOPs, monitor plant performance, and critical process parameters
Plan and execute plant shutdowns, procurement, inventory control, and warehouse management
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and statutory regulations
Monitor project progress and de-bottleneck critical areas
Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in chemical plant operations
BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, process equipment, and safety protocols
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
