Job Summary:
Lanxess is seeking an experienced Senior Chemist to join their team in Jhagadia, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organic chemistry and experience in the chemical industry.
Responsibilities:
Carry out laboratory trials and design experiments (DOE)
Develop new products and processes
Troubleshoot issues in coordination with the production department
Ensure safety and maintain a clean laboratory environment (5S)
Manage and maintain R&D equipment, documents, and inventory
Requirements:
M. Sc in Organic Chemistry
3 to 5 years of experience in the chemical industry
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
